How will my order be shipped?
VAMVAS has partnered with USPS to offer FREE, FAST and SAFE priority shipping to ANYWHERE In the US (P.O. boxes excluded). You will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your shoes' adventures on their journey to you.
Your trust in VAMVAS means the world to us, which is why we personally inspect and hand pack every order very carefully.
Do you ship internationally?
We hope to be able to reach our international friends soon. If you live outside the US and you want them so badly, cut the FOMO and CONTACT US. We will try our best to get you hooked up while we work on offering standard international shipping for everyone.
International recipients are responsible for any customs, taxes, import duties, or any additional charges imposed by their governments.
When will my order be shipped?
We would hate to keep you waiting to enjoy your VAMVAS, so we work hard to bring them to you ASAP. Orders placed before 5 P.M. PST will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 5 P.M. will be shipped next business day.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
USPS Priority Mail is fast and reliable. In normal conditions, you should receive your order in 2-4 business days. Orders to Los Angeles and surrounding areas might be delivered in just 1 day. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is processed.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, CONTACT US as soon as possible and we will gladly make the necessary changes or cancel it and refund your original payment method if your order hasn't yet shipped. Once your order has shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are easy and risk-free with us, so if you don't love your VAMVAS, you can return them within 30 days from the delivery date. No questions asked and no hoops to jump through.
Just make sure that your item is unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging (aka that colorful recyclable cardboard shoe box with the cute lace).
After 30 days from delivery, you may still return your order for an exchange or store credit towards your next purchase or to share with someone you love. You can check the delivery date in the delivery confirmation email or with the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded (if you used a discount code during checkout, your order still counts as regular priced and may be returned for a full refund). Sale items cannot be refunded, but may still be exchanged or returned for store credit.
How do I start a return/ exchange?
CONTACT US with your name, email address, order number and reason for return/ exchange. You can find your order number in your purchase confirmation email. We will reply to your request in less than 24 hours with further instructions. Once your request is approved, you have 2 options to return your order to us:
We will email you a pre-paid return label with tracking and insurance. You just have to print it and attach it securely to a shipping box. You can reuse the same box, and we encourage you to, in order to reduce waste and carbon footprint. Just make sure to cover or remove any prior shipping labels to avoid confusion and delays. We will process your return and deduct the label cost from your refund.
Return the package by your own means, using your preferred carrier.
You are responsible for the package until it is received at our return address, so we recommend using a trackable and insured service.
Your trust in VAMVAS means the world to us, which is why we personally inspect and hand pack every order very carefully. We are also human, so something might still escape our eye from time to time, but we are here to amend our mistake. If you received a faulty product, please attach corresponding pictures in your email. In the event of a documented manufacturing defect, we deeply apologize and will cover the cost of return shipping.
I shipped my return. What now?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days. Please note that after we issue a refund, it may take a bit longer for your bank to post it on your account.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please CONTACT US at email@example.com
